At\u00e9 o momento, foram conclu\u00eddos os produtos iniciais relacionados \u00e0 sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o institucional e ao diagn\u00f3stico organizacional, bem como palestras estrat\u00e9gicas de contextualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Pesquisa de Clima Organizacional. Encontra-se em execu\u00e7\u00e3o o produto central da iniciativa \u2014 a Pesquisa de Clima Organizacional \u2014 atualmente em fase de elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do relat\u00f3rio t\u00e9cnico pela consultoria, an\u00e1lise dos dados e prepara\u00e7\u00e3o das devolutivas, etapas indispens\u00e1veis para subsidiar as fases subsequentes. Os demais produtos, notadamente a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edtica de Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT), o Programa de QVT, as capacita\u00e7\u00f5es, a an\u00e1lise inferencial aprofundada e o acompanhamento da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o, correspondem \u00e0s etapas mais complexas e de maior dura\u00e7\u00e3o, dependentes dos resultados da pesquisa e de processos participativos amplos, incluindo escuta da comunidade acad\u00eamica e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o pelas inst\u00e2ncias superiores, como o
